Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delays may occur due to customs processing. Estimated transit times for the EU are between 7-21 days.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
